Head of Marketing, Canada

We are a leading channel marketing agency, specializing in delivering innovative marketing solutions to a global network of clients, from leading tech companies to exciting start-ups. We are a fully remote team that is dedicated to helping our clients transcend their marketing goals.  

The Role

You will lead our marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams within the agency and fosterer strong relationships with our clients by driving joint marketing initiatives to support their growth objectives. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies, testing new platforms and technologies, and delivering market leading campaigns alongside team members across the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.   

You will be responsible for:

  • Design and execute strategic partner marketing campaigns and programs to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue generation. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with our internal team and external partners to align marketing strategies and ensure the successful execution of joint marketing initiatives. 
  • Work with our sales team to ensure accurate project scoping.  
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to foster professional growth and development. 
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI. 

About you

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, primarily in B2B tech or channel marketing.  
  • Experience at one of: AWS, GCP and/or Microsoft.   
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team. 
  • Previous experience working in an agency.  
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem solver.  
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute several marketing programs simultaneously in an agency environment.  
  • Experience designing and executing partner campaigns and programs globally. This includes development of integrated strategy, content development, sales enablement and marketing tactics like digital advertising campaigns, in-person and virtual events, etc.  
  • Proven analytical skills. Able to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI of programs and investments.  
  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence and work across organizational and geographic boundaries, with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.  
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.  
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.  
  • Confident with the following: Account Management, Campaign Design, Project Management, Content Development, Planning, Organization, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 
  • Demonstrated desire to learn through a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 
  • $90,000 – $120,000

Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced strategic partnerships manager to lead our business development and secure net new business with B2B tech companies within the Microsoft, AWS and GCP ecosystems, from Fortune 500’s, to bleeding edge start-ups with advanced innovative solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing global pipeline generation attributed to hyperscaler relationships. 
  • Drive net new prospects through the sales process to close deals and meet sales targets. 
  • Lead engagements, build influence and serve as the lead point of contact with C-suite technology executives to identify strategic growth opportunities. 
  • Build strong, long-lasting client and partner relationships to grow our business & deliver on expectations.
  • Guide clients through the opportunities of partnering hyperscalers.
  • Work with the CEO to grow our brand and market share globally. 
  • Key performance metrics: sales targets.

About you

  • 6+ years of experience in a tech sales role.
  • Experience at, or working very closely with, one of the following: Microsoft, AWS, GCP. 
  • Strong relationship with the enterprise tech community across North America and globally. 
  • Excel in a remote work, fast-paced team environment.
  • Passionate about technology. You keep up to date with the industry news and latest developments. 
  • An experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting targets, acquiring and building new business. 
  • Highly adaptive and proficient across a variety of digital tools like HubSpot, Asana, Harvest and Microsoft Teams. 
  • Passionate about learning. A university degree (or equivalent) in business or marketing. 
  • You are a natural leader and influencer. You know how to get the best out of others. 
  • Demonstrated excellence at cultivating and nurturing key client. 
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Lives in Canada
  • CAD $90-105,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission (expected OTE $150,000 +).

Project Manager, Canada

Are you an experienced and innovative project manager with a track record of successfully managing complex projects for enterprise technology clients? The Role

You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and work seamlessly with our internal team and clients to deliver exceptional work. You are comfortable presenting to C-Suite executives and can understand exactly what they want and need. You consistently meet, and even exceed, client expectations and you ensure projects are delivered on time, all the time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing project plans
  • Coordinating our delivery teams, including executives
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties
  • Working closely with the Account Managers to ensure accurate project delivery and healthy client relationships
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

About you

  • 6+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working in an agency
  • Demonstrated excellence at nurturing key client relationships with enterprise technology clients
  • Excel in a remote, global and flexible work environment with a team that values diversity
  • Highly adaptable and proficient across of a variety of digital marketing & collaboration tools like Hubspot, Asana, Harvest and Microsoft Teams
  • Passion for learning – a university degree (or equivalent) in business or marketing; you are up-to-date on the fast-paced world of technology
  • You are an experienced leader with a strategic growth mindset
